Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority.
We love our products and hope you do too. We try to describe everything accurately, but we understand that surprises can happen, especially when ordering online.
If you receive a candle that you do not love, please contact us within 30 days.
Candles must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Return and exchange shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. We are a small, family owned business and cannot offer free shipping during returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Final Sale Items
Last Chance candles and any clearance sale items are considered final sale items.
Due to health code reasons, we are unable to exchange bath and body products, but please contact us as soon as possible if you are unsatisfied with any item. Your satisfaction is our priority.
If an error was made on our part, please let us know right away and we’ll fix it. Thank you for understanding!
Broken Candle?
We package everything carefully, lovingly, with eco-friendly packaging, but accidents can happen during transit. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number & which items were broken, & we’ll send replacements right away. Thanks for your understanding.
