Shipping Policy

Please allow roughly 7 business days before receiving a shipping notice, and up to another 7 days before receiving your order. Often it is sooner, but thank you for your patience. We are a family run business and there is a lot to juggle sometimes, especially around holidays. It is worth the wait (if there is one)!


Shipping within the United States

Orders of a single soap or elixir are light enough for the $5.90 rate. All other orders ship at roughly $8.60, though can go up to $10 depending on the shipping flux.

Orders in the United States over $100, however, always enjoy FREE shipping.


Free Local Delivery

We currently offer free local delivery to Saint Clair Shores and Grosse Point, Michigan. The option will show up when you enter a local zip code for the shipping address.

Eligible Zip Codes: 48080, 48081, 48082, 48230, 48236, 48224, 48215

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 


Curbside Pickup

We offer FREE curbside pickup at 22000 Revere, Saint Clair Shores, MI 48808.

When your order is ready, we will let you know via email or text, using the information you provided at checkout.

In-store pickup is the fastest option, and can usually be ready within 24-72 hours.


International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to other countries, though be warned, shipping internationally is expensive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Earth Berry Apothecary is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping can experience delays out of our control. If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
